Rana Koroglu
Associate BA (Psych) LLB (Hons)
Rana is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. She holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology. Rana was awarded the Freehills Prize in property law and has studied UK company law in London.
Rana’s enthusiasm and determination in assisting her clients solve complex commercial problems, achieving high-quality and effective results, has earned considerable regard by her clients. Her current practice at Clamenz comprises corporate law (civil and criminal Corporations Act matters), commercial, trusts and taxation, in both transactional law and litigation.
Rana has brought a range of experience to Clamenz Evans Ellis, including corporate, property, trusts, administrative law, and mining and energy law. Prior to law, she spent four years in organisational research for clients, among others, Queensland Rail. Rana was also an analyst for Accenture, working in a national team on projects for clients Avaya Inc (USA), the Australian Taxation Office and the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
