Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts (International Relation and Political Science & Sociology) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales. Carl was admitted to practice in February 2008 and joined Clamenz as a Senior Solicitor in the litigation team in February 2011.
Carl practices primarily in commercial litigation. Carl appears in both New South Wales and Federal Courts for individuals and small to medium sized companies in respect of debt recovery matters, motor vehicle accidents, intellectual property disputes, employment contracts disputes and general contractual disputes. Additionally, Carl has acted for a number of developers and land owners in the Land and Environment Court in disputes with councils regarding development proposals and compulsory acquisitions.
Carl seeks to achieve timely results and is focused on the commerciality of the services he provides.
