Darren Eliau’s passion for property law motivated him to become the partner in charge of all property related cases at Clamenz Evans Ellis. He also practices in the areas of commercial and retail leasing, franchising, finance and securities law and general commercial matters.
Prior to joining Clamenz Evans Ellis, Darren worked on an in-house legal team for a property development company. He also worked in property and franchising at various legal firms in Melbourne. Darren’s diverse work experience and exposure to several well known legal organisations makes him a valuable asset to our team.
Darren is proud of Clamenz Evans Ellis’ ability to offer expertise in diverse areas. He wants his clients to know that the firm provides professional services with a relaxed attitude. According to Darren, “I could not imagine practicing anywhere else-at Clamenz Evans Ellis, no commercial matter is too big or too small.”
In his off hours, Darren watches and analyses global tennis matches. He spends an equal amount of time observing cricket, which involves Australia, Victoria and/or the Rajasthan Royals. He prefers any activities that involve his wife and three children and as time permits, he plays the guitar, listens to music, and flies twin engine airplanes.
