Mark Adamson heads the Clamenz Evans Ellis Queensland office and has over 10 years of extensive commercial, construction, and litigation experience in relation to matters relevant to this jurisdiction and abroad.
Mark has appeared in a variety of Courts and Tribunals.
Mark takes time to understand the intricacies of a problem facing him so as to reduce the complex, to the fundamental.
Mark was admitted in June 1997.
Subsequent to his admission Mark worked as an employee at the firm Adamsons before he was made an associate and then principal. Mark was principal of Adamsons prior to retiring from private practice in March 2006 so that he could take up an In House Counsel position.
Mark’s experience includes the handling of commercial, corporate, insolvency; insurance, and taxation related litigation. During his time in private practice Mark provided legal advices to property developers, construction companies, and subcontractors.
Mark has also acted on behalf of persons involved in wrongful death work related incidents.
Additionally, Mark has worked on a part-time basis as an academic at Griffith University where Mark taught business law, law and legal obligations; constitutional law and administrative law.
Mark is married and has three children.
