Sarah Pereira

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Legal Studies from La Trobe University. She also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law. Sarah joined Evans Ellis Lawyers as a lawyer in September 2011. She has excelled in this position and was appointed an Associate of the firm in late 2011. Sarah has extensive experience in property and commercial transactions, gained at boutique law firms in Melbourne. She has advised clients on property related transactions including residential and commercial conveyancing; property development; subdivisions; commercial and retail leasing; and security transactions.
Sarah has been able to adapt her Victoria property experience to all other jurisdictions providing clients with a one-stop shop for all property related transactions.
Sarah’s main clients include high wealth individuals and small to medium enterprise. Sarah enjoys working closely with clients to understand their business and applying her knowledge to help clients achieve their objectives.
Sarah and Darren together with the rest of the property team, are at the forefront of property transactions and are able to provide clients with cutting edge advice to ensure their success.
